Save the baby, then go back to the area where the elephant has knocked down 
the doors. To the left of the doors leading to the next part of the jungle 
is a water chute. Jump into that water chute and enter into the hole. 
You will get to the bonus level.

Bonus level #2:
While playing the Act 1, the near the end of Part 2 you will see a well. 
Jump into it to get reach the bonus level.
