Cheat codes:
Go to the the options menu, then select "Cheat codes" option and 
enter any of the following cheat codes to enable various cheats:

Stage selection: Enter "accesspass" as a cheat code.
Unlock all movies: Enter "frontrowseat" as a cheat code.
Always special: Enter "likepaulie" as a cheat code.
Unlimited rail balance: Enter "straightedge" as a cheat code.
Unlock Paulie: Enter "4wheeler" as a cheat code to play as Paulie. 
Unlock Phil Margera: Enter "notvito" as a cheat code to play as Phil Margera. 
Unlock Natas Kaupas: Enter "bedizzy" as a cheat code to play as Natas Kaupas. 
Unlock Nigel Beaverhausen: Enter "skullet" as a cheat code to play as Nigel.

Cheats
Beat all levels in classic mode and then clear every gap in the 15 levels. 
Cheats menu will appear in game options.
