Ninja Gaiden cheats and cheat codes for XBox

Unlock all movies: Finish the game in normal or hard mode.
Unlock very hard mode: Finish the game in normal or hard mode.
Unlock Plasma Saber: Finish the game in normal mode.
Unlock Plasma Saber Mk. II: Finish the game in very hard mode
Unlock Music in Sound Test: Finish the game in normal or hard mode.

Skip movies:
Push Start, A, Start buttons to skip the FMV sequences.

In-game reset
During the game play, hit Start + Back to go back to the main menu.

Super attack:
Press Y + B to perform a special attack

Ryu always wear his starting blue costume:
Highlight the "New Game" selection at the main menu, and hold L + R triggers
then push the A button. If the code is accepted, you should hear a scream.

Ninja Of The Future costume:
Finish the game once in normal or hard mode. Then, go to the opening menu,
hold L trigger while selecting the "New Game" option.

Unlock Ryu's Fiend Costume:
Finish the game on very hard mode
or
Beat Doku for the second time in Chapter 14

Hurricane Pack Vol 1 or 2 - Evil Ryu costume
Hold the Black button while selecting a level in master tournament
Note: You need to install Hurricane Pack Vol 1 or 2 on Xbox live to unlock
this costume.

Hurricane Pack Vol 1 or 2 - Dead Or Alive Ninja costume
Hold the White button while selecting a level in master tournament
Note: You need to install Hurricane Pack Vol 1 or 2 on Xbox live to unlock

Life of the Gods: Give 1 Scarab to shopkeeper
Sprit of the Devils: Give 10 Scarabs to shopkeeper
Armlet Of Benediction: Give 15 Scarabs to shopkeeper
Armlet Of Fortune: Give 30 Scarabs to shopkeeper
Healing Bracelet: Give 40 Scarabs to the shopkeeper
Armlet Of Tranquillity: Give 40 Scarabs to shopkeeper

Dabilahro Sword: Give 20 Scarabs to shopkeeper
Note: In successive mode you do not get it again
until you give 43 Scarabs to the shopkeeper

Finishing kill
While a foe is on the ground, walk up to it and push the Y button.

More Essence:
Killing a foe without using Y will give you 5x more Essence.

More items:
Check the dead ninjas that are lying around to find more items.

Unlabored Flawlessness weapon:
Upgrade the wooden sword completely. This weapon has a powerful KI
attack and you can use against Boss.

Beating Zombies easily:
Use the diving Y attack that cut off their head.
The zombies still alive, but they will be blind.

Run across on the water
Walk Ryu onto the water and then repeatedly tap the A button

Golden Scabbard:
Beat the first Thunder Worm, enter in his hole, turn around, and wall
run up the wall. You should flip up to find a Golden Scabbard.


Dark Dragon Blade:
Begin a new game with a cleared saved game file. Enter to the shopkeeper's
shop in Chapter 13 to find the blade.

Unlock safe in monk's room:
To get the Book Of The Eons form the safe in monk's room, enter the
following combination:
Push thumb-Stick Left until you reach "2", then hit X.
Push thumb-stick Right until you reach "7", then hit X.
Push thumb-stick Right until you reach "1", then hit X.
Push thumb-stick Left until you reach "2", then hit X.

If done correctly, you should see four blue lights and the elevator to
the underground cemetery opens.

Getting Cash easily:
Go up the set of stairs marked by the blue border at Clocktower in Tairon.
Kill three enemies in the stairway. Go back down the stairs and return back
up to kill the same three enemies again. Pick up the health or loot and repeat
as many times you want. If you use the Nunchaku, you can score around 30 or 40
hit combos. You can get up to 1,000 cash points easily.

Get the War Hammer
Kill the flying female Boss (which breaks through the stained glass).
When you begin the following level, go back into the doors to the
area where you fought the Boss to find the War Hammer.

Give 50 Scarabs to shopkeeper

Reach a "Master Ninja" rating in all levels in normal mode

Obtaining rewards
Speak with the shopkeeper every time when you meet him. You can get different
