Cheat mode
At the main menu, press the following buttons and press Left Analog-stick to 
the indicated direction on your controller to get access to all tracks, riders:
Left, Up, Left, Left, B, Up, Left, Left, B, Y, Down, Up, B.

Credit Shooter
Watch the credits, at the end, you'll play a Space Invader classic game. 
The reached points are listed under your GamerTag on the XB Live account. 

Fish Bouncer Game
Enter the Cheat mode code to unlock the Fish Bouncer Game. The object is to 
successfully "bounce" the fishes across the toxic pond. The reached points 
are listed under your GamerTag on the XB Live account. 

Change Tire Color
In any sand pit, shift into reverse and your tires will turn green after a while. 
Continue this to turn them blue.

Space Invaders mini-game
Activate the "Cheat mode", after choose the Sheridan track. 
After the shar S turn, go down on the path to the basement
