Select any stage:
Quickly push Y, Right, Right, B, Down, Y buttons, while you are 
at the "Press start" screen. This cheat will not unlock all of the 
stages in road trip mode, only in session, free ride and 
multiplayer modes.

Unlock Day Smith as playable character
Quickly push B, Up, Down, Up, Down, Y buttons, while you are at 
the "Press start" screen. 

Unlock Vanessa as playable character
Quickly push B, Down, Left, Left, Down, Y buttons, while you are 
at the "Press start" screen.
