Enable cheat mode 
Finish all 50 objectives in the single mission dossiers.
After that, you can use the following cheat codes:

Player Invincibility:
During the game play, push Back then press X, X, A, B, A buttons. 
If the code is accepted, you will see a message.

Team Invincibility
During the game play, push Back then press B, A, Y, Y, B, A, X, X, X 
buttons. If the code is accepted, you will see a message. 
Warning: You cannot finish the game if you enable this cheat.

Enable Big head mode:
During the game play, push Back then press A, X, B, Y, A buttons. 
If the code is accepted, you will see a message.

Enable Fat mode: 
During the game play, push Back then press B, B, Y, X, X, A buttons. 
If the code is accepted, you will see a message.

Chicken explosives 
During the game play, push Back then press X, X, Y, A, B buttons. 
If the code is accepted, you will see a message.

Funny voices 
During the game play, push Back then press X, A, Y, B, X buttons. 
If the code is accepted, you will see a message.

Enable Paper mode 
During the game play, push Back then press B, A, X, Y, A buttons.

Enable Slow-mo mode 
During the game play, push Back then and press Y, Y, B, X, A buttons.

Enable Helium Mode
During the game play, push Back, X, A, Y, B, X buttons.

Faster Run
During the game play, push Back, A, A, X, B, Y buttons.

Wheelchair characters
During the game hold back then press A, A, A, X, B, Y buttons.

Finish the 15 normal levels

Medals: 
Purple Heart: Get wounded or killed in action.
Bronze Star: Get 15 kills
Silver Star: Get 20 kills
Distinguished Service Cross: Get 25 kills
Congressional Medal Of Honor: Get 30 kills 

Unlock all 12 heroes as playable characters in quick mission and 
campaign modes: Finish the first 12 missions in campaign mode

Unlock Maps:
Finish the Campign mode once on Elite - Map MP09 Wilderness
Finish the Campign mode once on Recruit - Map MP07 Stronghold
Finish the Campign mode once on Veteran - Map MP08 Creekbed

Unlock Characters 
Complete the Special Objectives in the indicated Campaign mission on 
any difficulty level to unlock characters:

W. Jacobs - Finish Spec-obj. in mission 1 on any difficulty level
H. Ramirez - Finish Spec-obj. in mission 2 on any difficulty level 
K. Henkel - Finish Spec-obj. in mission 3 on any difficulty level 
J. Stone - Finish Spec-obj. in mission 4 on any difficulty level 
S. Grey - Finish Spec-obj. in mission 5 on any difficulty level 
B. Gordon - Finish Spec-obj. in mission 6 on any difficulty level 

Complete the Special Objectives in Quick Mission in Mission Mode
on the indicated difficulty level to unlock more characters:
