Unlockable Characters
To unlock characters, do the following:

Unlock Patty, Rhombus and Vault Dweller:
Finish Chapter 1.

Unlock videos and Pin-Up photos, concept arts in bonus option:
To unlock a level's cut-scenes, simply complete each chapters.
Once complete the entire game you can see the videos and photos
in the bonus option.

Red Rider BB Gun with unlimited ammo:
In Chapter 1 rescue all townspeople of Carbo. Talk to the Vault
Dweller after you get into the warehouse to get the Red Rider BB Gun.
