Cheat codes:

Sound Test option
Push L, White, Y, R, White, Black, X, Y buttons at the main menu. 
The sound will confirm the correct code entry.

Unlock Opening Edit option
Push X, Black, Y, White, L, R, White, White buttons at the main menu. 
The sound will confirm the correct code entry.

Unlock all Shu generals:
Push White, Black, X, Y, White, R, L, Black buttons at the main menu.
The sound will confirm the correct code entry.

Watch Dian Wei and Xu Zhu fight:
Finish the game with Dian Wei and Xu Zhu

In-game reset
During the game play, push Start + Back.

Change costumes
When selecting a fighter, push A or X to switch between two clothes.

Unlock Fu Xi as playable character:
Finish the Musou mode with Cao Cao, Liu Bei and Sun Quan to play as Fu Xi.

Unlock Nu Wa as playable character:
Finish the Musou mode with Xiao Qiao, Sun Shang Xiang Da Qiao, and Zhen Ji 
to play as Nu Wa.

Unlock Lu Bu as playable character:
Reach more than 1000 KOsOn Hu Loa Gate and beat Lu Bu to play with him.
You can do this only on the Allied forces.
