Start, Back, Back, X on controller-1. 

Unlock cheat options: Ricochet, Big Head, Head Shot and Ricochet All
Finish the game once in easy mode.

Finish the game once in normal difficulty

Unlock cheat option: Big N Small
Finish the game once in hard mode
