Mission selection cheat:
Go to the chapter selection screen, and press the following button
combinations on your Xbox controller: Hold L + R and press
Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Left, Right, Right, X, Right, X, Right, X
to get access to all stages.
Hint:
In the Dragon's Teeth, while clearing the second bunker, on the side, there is a
scoped kar98k. Switch one of your guns for it. When you get to the Seigefried
Line, There will be towers with MG42s. Using your Carbine or Thompson will make
it hard, but using the scoped kar98k will make it much easier.
