Unlock all single and multi-player character:

begin a new game. If the code is accepted, you will see a message.

All weapons will fire faster:
Create a new player profile and enter "RAPIDFIRE", then begin a new game. 
If the code is accepted, you will see a message. 

Unlock all missions:
Create a new player profile and enter "VENGAR", then begin a new game. 
If the code is accepted, you will see a message. 

Increase squad defense

Regenerate Special Energy:
Restore special energy fast by crouching.

Get Gold medal in a mission:
Complete all objectives and killed all enemies to receive gold medal.

Regenerate your teammates:
If you are the last one, you can bring back your team mates to life, if 
you insert another 3 controllers into your Xbox system and press the 
Start button. When the new players join, your teammates will live again.
After that, exit from the 3 games you just opened and you will 
go back to single player mode. All of your teammates will remain.
