Regenerate your teammates:
If you are the last one, you can bring back your team mates to life, if
you insert another 3 controllers into your Xbox system and press the
Start button. When the new players join, your teammates will live again.
After that, exit from the 3 games you just opened and you will
go back to single player mode. All of your teammates will remain.
