Create a new character and load it. Enter to "Craps" and select it. 
After that, select  the "Limit Games" option. Next, choose "$50-$1,000 Limits".

When you are at the crap table, bet $1,000 on Double 6's or Double 1's.
Then, roll the dice. 

If you lose, hit the A buttons three times to go back to the craps table. 
Bet $1,000 on Double 6's or Double 1's again. Repeat this until you win. 

If you win you will receive $31,000, which is more than enough to play.

If you lose all your money, go back to the craps table and keep doing 
the process to earn $31,000 again.
