Unlock Akuma as playable character:
Go to the fighter selection screen then highlight Hsien-Ko, then press Down.

Unlock Bat Morrigan as playable character:
Go to the fighter selection screen then highlight Morrigan, then hold 
Back + LB + RB and press A. You will transform when the match begins.

Unlock Dan Hibiki as playable character:
Go to the fighter selection screen then highlight Donovan, then press Down.

Unlock Donovan's little sister as playable character:
Go to the fighter selection screen then highlight Donovan, then hold 
Back + LB + RB and press A. You will start the match as Donovan's sister.

Unlock Evilot as playable character:
Go to the fighter selection screen then highlight Morrigan, then press Down.

Unlock Hsien-Ko's Talisman as playable character:
Go to the fighter selection screen then highlight Hsien-Ko, then hold 
Back + LB + RB and press A. You will be the Talisman when you start the match.

Complete the following achievements to award the indicated amount

The Mother Lode (25 gamerscore points): 
Break a Power Gem of size 25 or larger in Arcade Mode on normal or higher 
difficulty level.

The Longest Journey (30 gamerscore points): 
Complete X' Mode on Expert or Hard difficulty level using only Dan.

Quarter Miser (10 gamerscore points): 
Finish Arcade Mode without using a single continue on normal or higher 
difficulty level.

Power Made Flesh (6 gamerscore points): 
Play as Akuma in Arcade Mode on normal or higher 
difficulty level.

Playing to Win (15 gamerscore points): 
Get 20 victory in Ranked Matches in X' mode.

Modern Battle Master (10 gamerscore points): 
Complete X' Arcade Mode on Expert or Hard difficulty level.
