Adahna Degahna Slayer (100 gamerscore points): 
Beat the Chapter 7 Boss. 

De Ragan Slayer (100 gamerscore points): 
Beat the Chapter 3 Boss. 

De Ragnus Slayer (100 gamerscore points): 
Beat the Chapter 8 Boss. 

Dimmagolus Slayer (100 gamerscore points): 
Beat the Chapter 11 Boss. 

Dulk Fakis 2 Slayer (200 gamerscore points): 
Beat the final Boss. 

Dulk Fakis Slayer (200 gamerscore points): 
Beat the Chapter 12 Boss. 

Magas Maggahna Slayer (100 gamerscore points): 
Beat the Chapter 9 Boss. 

Onmagoug Slayer (100 gamerscore points): 
Beat the Chapter 5 Boss. 

Unlock Extra mode option:
Finish Chapter 4 in Story mode offline, then go to the starting menu 
to access the new "Extra Mode" option.

Extra mode cast voices:
Finish the game by beating all forms of the last Boss to unlock new 
voice options when creating a new cast character. 

Audio preview of the next chapter:
Finish the timed missions in a chapter and reach an "S" rating. 

Save when game is frozen:
When your game freezes, do not shut down the system. Sign out of 
your profile. The game will boot you, and will save your progress.
