Unlockable cars:
Perform good enough to get a Bronze medal or better in each stage of three/four
races to unlock the following cars.
Note: To unlock the cars, you don't have to complete the other objectives
like Time Trial, only races count. One or two of each class are unlocked in
the Carnage mode, you must achieve gold to unlock them.

Bonecracker - Achieve Gold trophy in the Bonecracker Demolition Derby.
Grinder - Achieve Gold trophy in the Grinder Demolition Derby.
