Always win:
You can win everything in manager mode with any team, if you do the followings:
1. Pick any team, then start your career.
2. Save your progress.
3. Choose Next Match, then Quick Sim options.
4. After win the match, save your game.
If you lose a match, return to the main menu and load back your saved game.
The outcome is random every time.
Make sure to save your game after every win, in case you lose unexpectedly.

Always full health team in manager mode:
If the energy bars of your players decreased after a few match, do this:
Save your game, then go back to the main menu.
Load your saved game again. Your team will have to be fully fit again.
Notice: This may not work the first time. Save and reload the game a few times.

Choose any team in Manager mode:
Normally you must unlock the best teams to use them in manager mode.
The cost is 5000 points.
But you can choose any team in Mnager mode with the following tricks:
To be any team in career mode, just go to the team management screen and
select your favorite. After change the team so that all the worst players are
playing in the starting line-up and all the best players are in the reserves.
This will drop the teams star ratings. When it goes below 4.5 stars,
you will be able to select that team to use in career mode.

Best team:
Use this players if you playing friendlies or tournaments. Don't worth to use this
team in manager mode, because their salary will be too high.
