Unlock Purimatchi, Matsuritchi, and Shitiketchi secret characters:
Go to the "Challenge" option on the main menu. Earn gold medals on all
the "Mini-games" and "Gotchi Games". You can play with last three
characters in all modes.
Unlock grayed-out characters:
Complete a game of Tamagotchi Party On!.
To unlock characters faster, keep playing 1-election games.
