Unlock Cheat Menu:
While you are at the title screen, press Left, II, Up, II, Right, II, Down,
II, Left, I, Up, I, Right, I, Down, I, I+II (8 times), I+Select (8 times).
Now you can access to the cheat menu. In this menu you can select any level
or change the difficulty levels.
