Get 120 stars and talk to Yoshi on the roof, and he will give 100 lives

To refill your energy just jump in some water that you can be submerged
in and rise to the surface.

Fat penguin race:
Collect 120 stars, go to race the pengiun in the third world.(The snow one).
The penguin will be fat, harder to defeat.

If you find a post in a level, run around it five times to get some coins.
