Unlock Chaos difficulty:
Finish all stories with an "S" rank to unlock Chaos difficulty level.
Unlock Fifth story:
Finish all four stories with a "Silver" rank or better to unlock fifth story.
Unlocking additional item slots:
Go to the Buy/Ability menu. Buy all the upgrades for the stat in the
indicated level you are in (for example, attack, defense, life, Musou)
to unlock another item slot.
Third slot: Musou: Acendancy
Fourth slot: Musou: Swordsman
Fifth slot: Musou: Stealth
