When you see the "Press Start" message on the title screen, quickly press 
Red, Yellow, Blue, Red, Red, Blue, Blue, Red, Yellow, Blue to unlock all songs.
Note: Use the colored fret buttons on the guitar.
You will not able to save the game after activated this cheat.
