Unlock Special Stage mini-game:
Complete all scenarios, including the bonus sub-scenarios to play on
a special stage mini-game.

Infinite ammo:
After achieved an "S" rank on all scenarios, you will see the following
message: "Unlimited Ammo Deactivated". This is a bug. "Deactivated"
means "Unlocked". Go to the "Customize" menu to buy the level 5
(unlimited ammo) upgrade.

Enable Cooperative mode:
Finish "The Fourth Survivor" sub-mission to unlock Cooperative mode in
any mission. When you are at the character selection screen, select the
double pistol icon to play with two players. Note: Both players will use
the same character.
