Unlock Nihonto Hana Sora katana of the Katakara Clan:
From the main menu select "Extras", then the select "Preorder" option.

Unlock Tataro .357 Magnum:
From the main menu select "Extras", then the select "Preorder" option.

Unlock Kuro No Ken the Lost Blade of the Kusagari Clan:

Get $500 easily:
Once you learnt "The Dragon" at Rattlesnake Canyon go and find a
horde of enemies, then kill them all except one. Execute "The Dragon"
to slam him against a wall to earn $500. You can repeat this process
as many times as you want.
