Enable Sound Test:
Complete the game once. While watching the ending sequence, press and
hold buttons A, B, C, Down, and Left. Keep held these buttons and
press the Start button until the sound test screen appears.

Select any level:
Start a game, the Hero and Mission screen appears, then hold down A, B, C
and press Left, Right, Up, Down on Directional Pad. Press Left/Right to
select any of the desired level.
