Press A + B + C at the Options Mode.

Get Infinite health
Enter to jukebox mode in the options menu and press C or 2 on numbers
3, 12, 17, 2, 2, 10, 2, 7, 7, 11. If you done correctly, Sketch will
say "oh yeah".

Sega Plug
While playing the main game, push Start to pause. After a few seconds,
Sketch will yell, "Sega!".

Stage Select
Enter to jukebox mode in the options menu and place the red checker on
the following numbers in order, pressing C at each one.
14, 15, 18, 5, 13, 1, 3, 18, 15, 6.
Then, highlight a number from 1 - 6 and push C to jump to the selected
stage.

Farting Sketch:
Press DOWN on the D-Pad in some areas.

Superhero Guy:
Enter to jukebox mode in the options menu and play the following tunes
in order: 1, 3, 5, 6, 3, 9, 6, 4, 9, 5 then push the Start button.
Play the game and pause it.
Now press A, C, B, B, A, C, C, A, B, A, L, R, R, A, B, B, C, L, U, D, A
then resume and you will be a superhero guy. Note: You have to input this
code very fast or it will not work.
