Highlight Spiral and wait 3 seconds at the player selection screen.
Then, highlight the following characters in order:
1. Silver Samurai
2. Psylocke
3. Colossus
4. Iceman

6. Cyclops
7. Wolverine
8. Omega Red
Finally, highlight Silver Samurai, wait 3 seconds and press LK + HK + HP.
If the code is accepted, Akuma will appear.
