Unlock all tracks and the hidden phantom class vehicle:
At the main menu, hold L1 + R1 + Select, then press Square, O, Triangle,
O, Square.

Piranha team
Hold L1 + R1 + Select, then press X(4), O, Triangle, Square at the main menu.

Unlock Phantom class vehicle:
Hold L1 + R1 + Select, then press X(3), O(3) at the main menu.

Change ships (Shark, bee, pig, snail, flying saucer)
During the game is loading screen, hold L1 + R2 + Start + Select. 
Keep L1 + R2 + Start + Select held until the menu appears. 

Get the Machine gun
