Go to the U.S. Title to unlock The Media Center before you complete it. 
Enter to Media center and finish it for use in exhibition mode. 

Unlock Parking Garage
Win the Hardcore and United States Heavyweight Titles also.
Go to the World Heavyweight to unlock The Parking Garage before
you complete it. Enter to Parking Garage and finish it for use 
in exhibition mode. 

2 bonus attribute points:
Win the United States Heavyweight Title with Jeff Jarrett to receive 
two bonus attribute points.

3 bonus attribute points:
win the WCW World Heavyweight Title with any wrestler to
