Drive a sheep
Beat all opponents in "School" mode. Then choose the "School" mode free trial.
Hold Select + Circle buttons before entering the Zero 4 (1-1) course to use 
the Sheep.

Unlock all cars
Hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 buttons, when you see the "Push Start Button" message 
at the title screen. A sound will confirm the correct code entry.
Immediately hold Up + Triangle, while keeping the previous buttons held. 
An another sound will confirm the correct code entry. Then, press Start, 
while keeping the previous buttons held.

Unlock course selection screem
Hold X + Select + Circle + Start buttons, when you see the "Push Start Button" 
message at the title screen. A sound will confirm the correct code entry.
Immediately hold Up + L2, while keeping the previous buttons held.
