Reach rank A or higher in each level to access to the Benoit mode.
Easiest way to reach A rank if you finish the advanced mode.

Maxed out E-Unit
Reach rank A in each level to get a maxed out E-Unit in
addition to Benoit in battle mode.

Neko Tank in VR mode
Reach rank S in each level to access to the Neko Tank.
