Medium difficulty
Press Up, Square, R1, L2, L2, Up at the difficulty selection screen.

Hard difficulty
Press L2, Down, L1, R1 at the difficulty selection screen.

Expert difficulty
Press Square, Down, L2, Down,Circle, L2 at the difficulty selection screen.

Unlock Blizzaro
Go to the main menu, choose the "Options", then enter to the "Secret Options"
and press Up, Down, L1, Circle, Circle, R1, R2, L1 to Play as Blizzaro.

Unlock Tox
Go to the main menu, choose the "Options", then enter to the "Secret Options"
and press Circle, Up, Square, Circle, Square, R1, L1 to Play as Tox.

Unlock Rex

Unlock Kostra
Go to the main menu, choose the "Options", then enter to the "Secret Options"
and press Up, Up, Square, L2, R2, L2, R2, Down to Play as Kostra.

Change character appearance
Hold L1 or R1 while select a character at the character selection screen.

Unlock Small people option and Jungle level on the medium difficulty:
Finish challenge mode in easy mode

Faster game
Finish challenge mode in medium mode

Unlock Medium difficulty
Finish challenge mode on the easy difficulty level.
