Mirror mode: 
Win 1st place in all leagues

Unlock all leagues, mirror mode, mega time trials, and more:
Enter the following cheat code as a password: "MAXCHEAT"
Ignore the invalid password message. 

Unlock Harpoon Deathmatch
Enter the following cheat code as a password: "HAFIJEAF"

Unlock all leagues and Neoto Deathmatch
Enter the following cheat code as a password: "KKKJBCFA"

Unlock all easy tracks
Enter the following cheat code as a password:  "EEFNIEBA"
Choose the "Easy" level, then start a race.

Unlock all hard tracks
Enter the following cheat code as a password: "EEFPHMBC" or "FAFNOEAP"
Choose the "Hard" level, then start a race.

Unlock all expert tracks
Enter the following cheat code as a password: "HEMPCMDD"
Choose the "Expert" level, then start a race.

Horn

Ignore the invalid password message.  During the game play, push
