Unlock tracks, all difficulty levels and cars:
Start a new season and enter "MOOBMOOB" as a name.

Unlock all tracks and cars:
Start a new season and enter "PREALL" as a name.
Note: This code doesn't unlock the Vapor or Radia cars.
You can start on the final race of the pro season with a
largelead. You do not need to complete the race to win the
championship. This will unlock the last two cars.
