Access to Elite tracks
Go to the main menu, and choose the "Trick Trail" option. When the 
bike setup menu appears, choose the "Quit To Menu". Then, choose 
a "Single Race" at the main menu to access the elite tracks. 
Note: If you highlight over pro tracks, the entire procedure will 
have to be repeated.
