Replay close-up:
Push Start, then when you are in the start menu, push the
Start button again.

Turbo boost:
When you are skating down the ice, hold the Circle button.

Create 99 rated player:
At the starting screen, choose the "Transactions". Then, go to
"Create Player". Give him a name, any height or weight, and set
the following attributes:
