Unlock all styles
Press Left, Up, Right, Down, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Circle at 
the style selection screen in pro quest mode
Note: You have to re-enter this cheat code each time, when a new 
bike is selected.

Unlock Slim Jim
Press Down, Down, Left, Right, Up, Up, Circle at the rider selection 
screen in pro quest mode to play as Slim Jim.

Unlock all levels
Press Left, Up, Right, Down, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Circle 
at the level selection screen in pro quest mode to access all levels.

Unlock all bikes
at the bike selection screen in pro quest mode, 
Press Up, Left, Up, Down, Up, Right, Left, Right, Circle at the bike 
selection screen in pro quest mode.
