In-race car modifications
While racing, pause the game play then go to the "Race Statistics" screen.
Then, hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 + X + Circle + Select to bring up the
car editor screen with the following options:

Centrifugal force
Draft distance
Drafting effect
Front downforce
Fuel consumption rate
Incremental braking
Rear downforce
Tire wear rate
Torque spins
