Go to the "Rewards menu, and enter the appropriate section, highlight 
one of the following options, then enter the code when prompted to 
unlock the indicated item. 

Squ = Square
Tri = Triangle

Press L2, Right, Up, Squ, Left, Tri, R1, Down. 

Concept Art: Bonus 2
Press Squ, L1, Right, Left, Down, R2, Tri, Up. 

Costumes (Heroes): Baseball shirt Drake
Press Left, Right, Down, Up, Tri, R1, L1, Squ. 

Making a Cutscene: Grave Robbing
Press Left, R2, Right, Up, L2, Tri, Squ, Down.

Making a Cutscene: Time's Up

Crushing difficulty level:
Finish the game on the Hard difficulty level in for all 22 chapters. 
You cannot change to a lower difficulty level at any time.
