Unlock Akuma as playable character:
Go to the fighter selection screen then highlight Hsien-Ko, then press Down.

Unlock Bat Morrigan as playable character:
Go to the fighter selection screen then highlight Morrigan, then hold 
Back + LB + RB and press A. You will transform when the match begins.

Unlock Dan Hibiki as playable character:
Go to the fighter selection screen then highlight Donovan, then press Down.

Unlock Donovan's little sister as playable character:
Go to the fighter selection screen then highlight Donovan, then hold 
Back + LB + RB and press A. You will start the match as Donovan's sister.

Unlock Evilot as playable character:
Go to the fighter selection screen then highlight Morrigan, then press Down.

Unlock Hsien-Ko's Talisman as playable character:
Go to the fighter selection screen then highlight Hsien-Ko, then hold 
L1 or R1 and press X. You will be the Talisman when you start the match.

Alternate attack moves:
Hold L1 or R1 while selecting a fighter. 

All blue counter-drop:
Hold Start while selecting any fighter.
