Perform 20 headshots.
Egg on Your Face (Bronze trophy):
Kill a Majini with a rotten egg.
Egg Hunt (Bronze trophy):
Find all 4 types of eggs.
Drive By (Silver trophy):
Stop an armored truck by taking out the driver.
Crowd Control (Bronze trophy):
Kill 30 enemies with the Gatling gun.
Cattle Prod (Bronze trophy):
Kill 30 enemies with the Stun rod.
Bull's-eye (Bronze trophy):
Kill 30 enemies with the Longbow.
Be the Knife (Silver trophy):
Deflect a bow gun arrow with your knife.
Baptism by Fire (Bronze trophy):
Kill 3 Majini at once with a drum or gas tank explosion.
Badge of Honor (Silver trophy):
Collect all the BSAA emblems.
All Dressed Up (Silver trophy):
Buy all available alternative costumes in Bonus Features.
A Friend in Need (Bronze trophy):
Save partner 10 times when HELP is displayed.

Kill 5 enemies with the Knife.
Secret trophies:

During the first fight with Wesker, damage him a set number of times.
War Hero (Bronze trophy):
Finish all chapters on Professional.
Resident Evil 5 Platinum Trophy (Platinum trophy):
Overcome all your fears in RE 5.
Completion bonuses:
Finish the game under any difficulty level to unlock the following bonuses:
- New Game+ mode

Note: You have to fully upgrade a weapon then buy the unlimited ammo
