Kung-Fu style
Finish career mode with a kick boxer

Nin-Jitsu fighting style
Finish career mode with a karate fighter

Silver belt
Finish UFC mode with a default or created

Play with Bruce Buffer
Win 1st place in in UFC mode with a default character

Play with Dana White
Finish all challenges with Lorenzo Fertita. Then go to the
character selection screen and highlight Lorenzo Fertita.
Hold L1 and select him.

Play with John McCarthy
Finish all challenges with Mario Yamasaki. Then go to the
character selection screen and highlight Mario Yamasaki.
Hold L1 and select him.

Play with Lorenzo Fertitta
Win 1st place in in UFC mode with a created character

Play with Mario Yamasaki
Win 1st place in with a default character

Get a Gold belt
Win the Silver belt with any character. After go to UFC mode. 
Choose the Free Weight option, after pick the character 
with the Silver belt. Finish UFC mode to Win.

To unlock hidden moves, fulfill the corresponding conditions: 
Move 1: Beat UFC Mode and get Silver Belt 
Move 2: Beat UFC Mode in Open Weight and get Gold Belt 
Move 3: Beat Arcade Mode
