Finish UFC mode with a default or created

Play with Bruce Buffer
Win 1st place in in UFC mode with a default character

Play with Dana White
Finish all challenges with Lorenzo Fertita. Then go to the
character selection screen and highlight Lorenzo Fertita.
Hold L1 and select him.

Play with John McCarthy
Finish all challenges with Mario Yamasaki. Then go to the
character selection screen and highlight Mario Yamasaki.

Win the Silver belt with any character. After go to UFC mode.

with the Silver belt. Finish UFC mode to Win.
