Finish the game with 100% completion. Redman will call you, then go to 
the given location.

Debug mode 
At the CompStat/Map screen, press L1 + R1, Right, then hold L1 + R1. 
If the code is accepted, you will see a music player over the CompStat.
Release L1 + R1, after push Left to bring up Debug mode menu.

Puma Shoes costume:
Collect all ten pairs of Puma shoes hidden in the city, then go to the Puma Shoe 
store.
