Expert mode:
Hold Square at the track selection screen

Turbo Boosted NA engines:
Go to the track selection screen, and hold Select.
Keep it held until gameplay begins. Then push Select to use a turbo.
Note: This does not work with every cars.

Change engine:
Reaches 2000 km with you odometer
