Create a new player profile at the profile screen and enter 
the following codes as a player name:

Unlock all weapons and stages:
Enter "V PIRATE" case-sensitive code in to profile screen

Unlock 90's Punisher Costume:
Enter "CEILINGFAN" case-sensitive code in to profile name

Unlock Old Punisher Costume:
Enter "NAILGUN" case-sensitive code in to profile name

Unlock Modern Punisher Costume:
Enter "WOODCHIPPER" case-sensitive code in to  profile name

Cheats:
To unlock a cheat you must reach a gold medal on the indicated level:

One Shot Kills: Ryker's Island Level 
Unlimited Ammo: Pier 74 Revisited 
Invincibility: Every level 
No Reloads: Stark Towers

Finish challenge and punishment modes

Unlock concept art
Reach minimum a bronze medal rank on every stage

Diferent opening:
Do not move in the "Press start" screen at minimum 30 seconds.

Unlockable weapons:
Finish the indicated stage to unlock weapons.
