Unlock all cars and tracks:
Go to the main menu, then enter Right, Right, Left, Square, Up, L2, L2, R1.
If the code is accepted "Unlock Everything" message will appear.

Unlock Bonus cars
Play in San Francisco Drag Race with Dodge Concept Viper. Reach a new time 
record. After, type "SOUNDMAX" as a name at the high score board. 
this will unlock Jaguar XK-R, Jaguar XK-R and Aston Martin DB7
in all modes except for story mode.

Unlock G4 car
First unlock the two Jaguar and Aston Martin. After play in San Francisco 
Drag Race again with Dodge Concept Viper. Reach a new time record. 
After, type "PLWCBF" as a name at the high score board. 

Win the following races in the indicated track in story mode to unlock
these bonus cars:

Dodge Viper GTS: Win 1st place in the track 27
Jaguar XJ220: Win 1st place in the track 33 race
Reeses Chevrolet Camaro: Win 1st place in the track 9 race
Shelby Cobra: Win 1st place in the track 5 race
Chevrolet Chevelle: Win 1st place in the track 26 race
Ford Mustang: Win 1st place in the track 7 race
Ford GT: Beat Vasily in all races
Dodge Viper GTS-R Concept: Win 1st place in the track 45 race
or Beat Clark in all races
