Play on Mad Sunday event. 
Try to smoke the tire by pressing the following button combination:
Hold L2 + R2 + X 
After, release R2 + L2, and press Right or Left. Finally press L3

Enter R1, R2, L1, L2, R1, R2, L1, L2 in the main menu. New cheat entry 
option will appear. Type the following codes by using the onscreen 
keyboard.
