Unlock bonus levels:
Go to the "Push Start Button" screen, enter
Triangle, Down, Up, Triangle.
An icon should be appear in the corner.
Now you can choose arcade mode or puzzle mode to access bonus stages.

Unlock Weepy and Smiley in all modes:
Go to the "Push Start Button" screen, enter
Triangle, Up, Down, Triangle.
An icon should be appear in the corner.
Weepy and Smiley should be unlocked.
