New Game Plus:
Finish the game once after save. Begin a new game, load back your cleared
saved game file. You can play the new game with all of your previously
collected items and earned money. You can access to entire map also.
You can choose a new character to lead your party.

Different ending:

Getting Helmut:
After the ship battle to retake Razril, you can ask Helmut to join you.

Getting Jeane:

Getting Snowe:
Get all of the other 107 characters, after travel to Mordo Island. Speak with
the man there. He will mention that he saw something floating in the water.
Go towards west of Mordo Island. You will find Snowe clinging to a log.
You can ask him to join you. Note: You must have spared Snowe's life by
asking him to join you the previous two times that you saw him.
