Press Select on Meril: Unlock Masked Meril.
Press Select on Kanna: Unlock Matilda, or
Press Select again Unlock Marion Fauna

Yoh: Halo Blade special move:
Read the Tome Of The Shaman to learn Halo Blade special move.
Press L1 + R1, Up to perform it.

Unlock versus mode in main menu:
Finish all 20 episodes in story mode.
