Unlock all weapons, infinite health, infinite energy and stage selection:
During game play, press X to bring up the team menu. After, hold Select,
press Left Analog-stick Up and rotate it clockwise 3 times, after
immediately rotate it against the clockwise 3 times, while continuing
to hold Select. If you made correctly, your selected character should run
around.The new icon should be appear under the log icon in the right corner
of the screen. Highlight the icon and press X to bring up the cheat menu.

1st Person View
Repeatedly laod and save the same saved game and the view will eventually
switch from third person to first person view.
To go to 1st person view, press L3. Press again to go back to normal.
